Food, craft, and retail vendors are welcome to participate in the Cambridge Carnival. Every year we are sold out, so we encourage you to sign up as soon as applications become available. Please be sure to read the details related to set-up and breakdown, costs and deadlines. You can apply to be a vendor online or via mail, however online applications are encouraged.

Final deadline for all completed applications is August 15, 2012, 12 noon.
IMPORTANT NEWS FOOD VENDORS:
- Temporary Food Services Application Form + TransFat Form. You must send in the Temporary Food Services Application in order for your application to be fully processed.
- Please download and carefully review the Fire Code Regulations regarding the use of propane and instructions for the Quick Disconnect
- Please note that all FOOD VENDORS must be ServSave Certified. If you are not certified and want to prepare and take the test quickly, contact ARTHUR BLOOMQUIST at (781) 585-2666, www.cleanrestaurants.com
- Restaurant License. Each application must be submitted with the proper information. If the restaurant is not located in the City of Cambridge, then we need a copy of the restaurant license and Servsafe certificate.
- Letter of Permission from a Certified Kitchen. If you are a caterer and cooking any food prior to event, no food shall be prepared in a person’s home. It must be prepared in a licensed establishment. If the person preparing the food has a Servsafe certificate, but no establishment, they could get written permission from a restaurant owner along with a copy of the establishment’s license to prepare the food at that location. The only exemption from 105 CMR 590.003A is if the temporary establishment is operated by a non- profit organization. Must provide proof of 501c3 status.
