Pan in the Park

Saturday, September 7, 2024, 12-4pm

Pan in the Park is a series of traditional steel pan performances in various parks across the City of Cambridge presented by Cambridge Carnival International. This series of events will be one of the highlights of Cambridge Carnival International’s 30th Anniversary City-wide celebration. Each event will showcase our organization’s Cambridge Youth Steel Orchestra (CYSO) and the folkloric tradition of pan music.

Join us for a festival Saturday afternoon as we warm up for Cambridge Carnival the next day. The Pan in the Park Panorama Showcase will be held, in Central Square on  Saturday, September 7, 12-4pm at Pacific Park , 82-100 Pacific St, Cambridge, MA 02139. This location is between Sidney Street and Brookline Street.  Festival patrons are encouraged to join in our finale Jam session to wrap up the evening. Bring your cow bells, pots and spoons, marachas, tambourines, and drums. Scroll down to check out the line up and list of vendors.
